PENWA SHIPPING POLICY:
We will ship your order placed by 3:00pm ET Monday through Friday on the same day your order is received via the carrier you select. Some products and larger orders may ship directly from the manufacturer. If you have a delivery date requirement, please select FedEx shipping and contact Robin to confirm that your item is definitely in stock.
PENWA FREE SHIPPING POLICY:
FREE First Class Mail shipping is available on orders over $50 to 48 states.
FREE UPS GROUND shipping is available on orders over $100 to 48 states.
FREE FedEx Express Saver shipping is available to 48 states for FINE PEN orders over $200.
Please do not select FREE FedEx Express Saver for Tombow Mono Adhesive orders.
FINE PEN orders over $200 will receive FREE FedEx Express Saver (2-3 day).
Tombow Mono Adhesive orders on 1 or more cases will will receive FREE FedEx Ground.
Orders selecting FREE First Class Mail may ship via UPS Ground at PENWA's discretion..
If you require tracking for your order, please do not select First Class Mail.
PRIORITY MAIL DISCLAIMER:
Although the U.S. Postal Service advertises 2-3 day delivery for domestic Priority Mail, this delivery time is not guaranteed and cannot be relied upon; especially during peak volume experienced during the holiday season. Please contact your local Post Office regarding current estimated delivery time via Priority Mail from 08055 to your location.
PENWA RETURN POLICY:
We will refund the full purchase price for pen related products returned in new condition in original packaging received within 30 days of the date of the original order; less the actual cost of shipping and handling on any order that received FREE shipping. Non-pen items returned for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. For Tombow Mono Adhesive refills valued at less than $10, we may elect to credit you for the defective items.
